How Much Does Dance Concert Photography Cost in Sydney?

The short answer

Most professional dance concert photography in Sydney is priced by hours of coverage. At Syrenn Studios, packages start from $500 AUD for up to 2 hours, $900 AUD for a half day (up to 4 hours) and $1,600 AUD for a full day (up to 8 hours).

What changes the price

The biggest factors are how long the concert runs, how many sessions there are, whether you want rehearsal or backstage coverage, and how quickly you need the gallery. Travel outside Sydney can also add to the cost.

Ask every photographer what's included. Editing, an online gallery and high-resolution downloads should be part of the package, not hidden extras.

Studio pays or families pay?

Some studios include photography in their concert fee and share the gallery with every family. Others offer it as an optional add-on. Either works. The key is deciding before the concert so families know what to expect.
